About me:

I joined The Red Practice as a Healthcare Assistant in June 2025 and have been working within the NHS since January 2023.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Project Management
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Science
• Healthcare Assistant course completed through London North West Trust
• Phlebotomy  Certificate
• ECG training 

Role at the Practice:

I support the clinical team by carrying out a range of healthcare assistant duties and helping to ensure patients receive high-quality care and support. 

I provide a range of routine clinical services, including blood tests, NHS Health Checks, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, wound care, vaccinations, and lifestyle advice.

I work closely with our GPs and Practice Nurses to help deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

What I Enjoy About My Role:

I particularly enjoy meeting and helping patients, building positive relationships with them, and contributing to their overall care. I find it rewarding to work as part of a team dedicated to providing the best possible service to our patients.

Professional Background and Experience:

Since joining the NHS in 2023, I have gained experience in delivering patient care and supporting the smooth running of the practice. My educational background has helped me develop strong organisational and communication skills.
