About me:

I have worked in the NHS for over 30 years, all within General Practice, and also spent the past decade working in Digital Health and HealthTech start-ups. I hold a Diploma in Healthcare Management in General Practice (1998-2000). My vast experience has taken me through much change in General Practice and has given me a broad understanding of both operational management and the opportunities that innovation and technology can bring to improving patient care.

I have worked at The Red Practice since 2017/2018 and returned in 2021. As Joint Practice Manager at The Red Practice, I work closely with our GP Partners and the wider practice team to ensure the practice runs smoothly, supports our staff and continues to develop services that meet the needs of our patients. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and creating a positive, welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and my little Yorkshire Terrier, travelling, gardening and swimming.
